pizza again

Last weekend I made a half tray of pizza (called pizza in teglia in Italian) and took it down to COGS for Rachel to sell.

It was a potato, olive and chilli vegan pizza made with regular commercial yeast. I didn’t make enough and made no money from it but it was totally worth it.
