If you are coming down to COGS tomorrow (Saturday 2 September) to buy some Merton sourdough I’m selling a wholewheat and sesame loaf for the first time. It’s 70% wholewheat flour, 30% strong white flour, and covered in sesame seeds. It’s a 680g loaf (before cooked) and will be £4.
