Earlsdon festival

On Monday 6 May I’m baking bread for Rachel Ward’s COGS stall at the Earlsdon Festival. Not sure yet what kinds of bread but definitely some semolina scald and cinnamon raisin. The COGS stall is right at the start of the strip (close to the Co-op supermarket) and it all kicks of at 10am. Hope to see you there.

Update: looking like I’ll make the following: semolina scald, cinnamon & raisin, botanical & sesame, and simple.
