roasted garlic

A colleague heard a rumour about me baking sourdough focaccia and so she requested one and wanted roasted garlic and rosemary. It didn’t quite fit in the container I had so I snipped off a slice.

I roasted the two whole heads of garlic in tin foil with a bit of olive oil and salt and pepper.
