Merton rye 15

Another week another new loaf. This is the Merton rye 15. It’s just 15% wholemeal organic rye flour but that’s enough to give a rich nutty flavour to the bread and a beautiful golden (and ever so slightly purple) colour to the crumb.

For sale this week (Saturday 16 March) at COGS for £4.50 per loaf.
