back with three

I’m excited to be back baking bread to deliver to COGS at Coventry Market this coming Saturday 24 August 2024.

As promised, I’m going to bake some sunflower and sesame loaves. I’ll also bake some Merton Simple and a brand new loaf: Merton Spelt. It’s made with four different flour types: 30% high extraction spelt flour, 30% strong white flour, 30% high extraction wheat flour, and 10% whole grain spelt flour. I bake the loaves with a racing line of spelt bran on top.
